We support participants in accessing their communities and engaging in inclusive, integrated activities while in their natural settings. Our “Career Support Staff” will provide support to our participants in targeting their career desires as it pertains to post-secondary education, micro-business, employment, and leading integrated and inclusionary life.
The primary purpose of Futures Unlimited Community Integration Services is to ensure that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the right to a college education, employment, self-sufficiency, and participation in the life of their community.

FUCIS is free of cost. Initial evaluations to determine eligibility can be paid for by the Regional Center or Medi-Cal.
To find out if you are eligible for Regional Services click on the link to see what regional Centers encompasses your area. There are 21 Regional Centers in California. Contact your Regional Center Service Coordinator and let him/her know that you are interested in enrolling your son/daughter in the FUCIS services. Provide them with our company name and phone number. Your Service Coordinator will contact us regarding your interest and a FUCIS representative will contact you to schedule either a Zoom or In-person assessment.
No, a client does not need to be a U.S. citizen to receive services from the Regional Center.
FUCIS participants must be of the age 18 or older. You or a family member may arrange for and accompany the participant during the assessment process. If you are his/her legal guardian, you may sign the Agreement and Consent Forms. In addition, if you are not the conservator you may not sign the documents for them or arrange meetings with FUCIS personnel without their permission. If you are the conservator for this adult, FUCIS can obtain this information from your Regional Center Service Coordinator.
Unless otherwise stated at the time your son/daughter initial assessment, eligibility can be determined at the end of the Assessment. Program services can begin within 30-days, providing that all FUCIS intake paperwork is completed and you and FUCIS both agree that FUCIS is in fact a good fit for your loved one.
