Futures Unlimited Community Integration Services (FUCIS) is a 100% community-based individual support and employment service program that provides services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Community Integration, we’re more than just employment services.
Community Resources
Our participants benefit greatly from exploring and knowing about the larger community. Instruction, work experience and travel training.
Pre-Employment Training
Participants are paired with a Career Support Staff who together develop an individualized plan that aligns with their assessment goals and outcomes.
Job Placement
Our job specialist works closely with FUCIS participants to find a job environment and description that suits their current interests, personality, and skill level of the job seeker for a successful match.
Micro Business Entrepreneurship
Each individual Person-Centered-Plan is a critical aspect of our program. It involves a process and approach for determining, planning, and working toward what an individual wants.
Post-Secondary Education
FUCIS is committed to ensuring individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the right to a college education, employment, and being self-sufficient.
Paid Internship Program
FUCIS has built relationships with a variety of local businesses that are ready to participate in the paid internship program.
Vocational Training/Career Assessment
Assisting interns in exploration, assessment, and training only as necessary and for specific reasons, with careful thought about how these will lead to paid employment.
