Every participant’s day is built around their own goals, so no two schedules look exactly alike. Days may include job readiness and vocational training, community-based instruction, volunteer or paid internship experiences, travel training, post-secondary education support, or remote learning. Participants work alongside their Career Support Staff to design their own schedule, building independence and ownership from day one.
To make the most of each day, we ask participants to come prepared with:
- A lunch, or money to purchase lunch
- A pen or pencil and a notepad or tablet
- Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather and community activities
- A clean, well-groomed appearance, ready to participate
A little preparation helps every participant feel confident and ready to engage in their day.
